I call this the City Shawl because it has no flowers, trees, leaves, or feathers
worked into the lace. There's no fluttery finge. It's a supersimple, easily memorizable mesh lace pattern, interspersed
with layers of just plain garter stitch. Straightforward design, straightforward instructions, clean lines.
If you start this on Friday night, you'll have a finished shawl to wear to
work on Monday.
